Paseo de la Reforma is the most beautiful avenue in Latin America.

That very dark building above looks quite something. What is it?

Mexico City seems to have a very nice climate. Does it get very humid?

Hello Jane. Thank you for your interest.

- That building is a palatial residence located in the historic center of Mexico City. It was built in 1779. It gained the name “Palace of Iturbide” because Agustín de Iturbide lived there and accepted the crown of the First Mexican Empire. Today, the building houses the Fomento Cultural Banamex (one of the most important banks in Mexico); it has been renamed the Palacio de Cultura Banamex. Actually, it is a free admission private museum.

- Mexico City enjoys mild, pleasant weather nearly all year. From June through September is considered the "rainy season". During the summer months it rains on average once a day, though the rain rarely lasts longer than a few hours. Mexico City has cool mornings and late evenings and warm afternoons.
