I don't speak Swahili but I think you're asking me if I'm lushois and saying that they say Mishito ya mbuji? I just wrote what was on the website but when I think about it mbuji is most likely the correct term since this dish is from Kasai

Michopo ya Mbuji if a Lubumbashi term...Mishito ya Mbuzi for Goma term.
That's why I assumed you were Lushois.

Anyways; Congolese cuisine is missing one important factor..decorations on the plate. we need to work on that. Its very simple. but restaurants need to work on that.
