Like it or not, there will be plenty of taxi pick up and drop offs. Not to mention, all the delivery drivers (Amazon, John Lewis, Royal Mail, Deliveroo.......) who will be going up and down Winchester Road and Eton Avenue.

I live just a stone's throw away and this will be the first building I see when I leave the flat and walk towards the tube station. While I agree that the immediate surrounding area is full of concrete monstrosity at the other side of the road, but this side of the road where this building is located is mostly terraces. If it was something iconic like the Gherkin, then I wouldn't mind. But this?

This building looks absolutely fine and like many thousands of other non descript blocks being built currently across the UK, what is the big deal?
