did you know the Serbians downed the F 117 with an AD system from the year 50 s disigne.

,
Yeah, that was quite an achievement for the Serbs. There was also the U2 incident when it was shot down by the USSR forces. After that incident, the US started to take the Soviet air defense seriously.

Why not buy those missiles? Well, because those that have a range of over 300 kilometers and a payload of more than 500kg are not allowed to be sold from many developed countries due to the MTCR treaty. China and Russia are some of the few countries we can buy that from. Russia is an ally of Algeria and wouldn't sell them to us leaving us with only China. And guess what? Morocco is negotiating the purchase of some of them including coastal defense missiles which you ridiculed in the previous posts. However, those missiles are not going to be accurate and will only cause civilian casualties which will turn the international public against you and invite a similar retaliation from Algeria against which we have no defense since you thought that buying anti-air missile systems is a waste of money.

As for your point of me seeing conspiracies and enemies everywhere, I am a good student of history and it tells me to always be prepared for the unexpected. Just a few years ago, who would have thought Ukraine and Russia would be at war. Who would have thought Syria would be reduced to a waste land and Turkey invading parts of it. If the Generals and their political puppets in Algeria thought they were under danger of losing the country, they would have three choices: Either relent and give power to the people; suppress the demonstrations and risk a civil war; or pick a fight with a foreign enemy to rally the general populace around them. The last two choices require us to be ready and have a strong enough army.
- First, for these thousands of families who were separated by the borders, a war between Morocco and Algeria will be considered as a civil war. Not just a war against a foreign country. So, when I talked about having missiles to launch attacks against Oran or Tlemcen I was not serious. I don't see a war taking place between the two countries under the current international "order" (Ordre Mondial). Still, these 2 towns and many others are at a striking distance way below 300 km. So no matter what the sophistication of your army is, it's going to be destruction for both parties.

- Can you name few objectives this 500 millions euro satellite bring to the table? Maybe we can accomplish them with cheaper.
Let's have some examples. Some thing like M6 satellite detected some Algerian tanks or fighter-jets moving from Algiers toward the West and our army was sent momentarily to the East waiting for them to arrive 24 hours later? Or to intercept them 200 km within Algerian territory? Please provide some examples.

You are a student of history. Let's look at the recent history:
- Crimea was a Russian territory passed to Ukraine maybe 50 or 60 years ago. It was only a question of time to see Russia bringing it back home. They needed only a stronger man at the Kremlin.
- Algeria had a civil war 20 years ago. The Generals didn't pick a fight with a foreign enemy to rally the population around them.

Yes, we need a strong army. Strong does NOT mean waste money to collect expensive war toys.
Strong means bring Science to the Army. Make the army play a "citizenship" role in Moroccans daily lives. Expand their roles to help people in remote areas during difficult periods.
Strong means take care of your soldiers. Provide them with the necessary equipments and the right trainings.

Example: We need to have an army capable to build a road between Guergueratte and Mauritania in a matter of couple of days. An army that is smart to take everybody by surprise and secure all the zone between the two "postes" to complete the work.
