Thanks. I guess they forgot to pay-off the unions so weren't getting anywhere with their political tools.

There appears to be development coming as the Times printing plant sells to a developer.

The potential for DT is so great because it is so big; this is about as far south as you can go and still call it “downtown”. Makes The Row and the Flower and Pinata Districts look centrally located by comparison. But it is near the river.
