Really glad this one is going up.
I think it's going to bring the area up a bit....and there's some good height to it. I hope they don't scrimp on the exterior lighting effects.

88 Melbourne Tower become known as 88 years old Tower
This site was someone live here in 1867 until 1896 was was 88 years old heart attack found outside his front house his name is Jackson Henry Sammy then this site becomes industrial area few years later then my relatives family members have been work here industrial more than 30 years then moved to New Zealand ever since in 1988

If memory serves me Hickory had a long wait before Collins House started.

303 La Trobe was even cancelled after appointing a builder.
