has this idea to build on the stem of palm-island already come along? It's by Donald Trump, so it will be there I hope.

Btw, with all these projects, would there be a big difference between the 2006 Dubai Skyline and the 2010 Dubai Skyline? How more as we come to 2020? I can't imagine the Dubai Boom!

the biggest difference would be visible in the marina and on SZR from 2002 to 2010.
