IMO the number of rows at the 2nd tier is the same
They just added suites at the main stand
So only at the main stand 2nd tier we will lose rows (seats)

I don't think number of rows of the 2nd tier is the same. If so, then only opposite to the main stand. Behind both goals and the main stands it's significantly smaller. To me it looks that currently both tiers are of equal height, while in the renderings the 2nd one is visually a lot smaller.

Only the east stand 2nd tier looks like the current one.
the curves are like the main stand
and look at te stands
East stand is paralel to the pitch (like current one, Atatürk Olimpiyat or Beijing)
The main stand is curved (like Berlin or Athens)

Ok, the final capacity is 85k, this is due to a shortening of two existins stands and construction of VIP area.

It could have been 100k, but there is a hill on another side so 3rd tier could not be added.

3rd will be built as shown on renders, but only on one side...

Most likely not. Renovation is expected to start in mid may, and Arsenal will have to play on Obolon's stadium or on Dynamo's.

To be honest i don't know the capacities of other proposals, but most of them proposed to keep the stands the way they were, and oriented capacity was 75k. Thus i believe this one was the largest one proposed.

They do, but currently as i know they do not have a ready project, there is a speculation that they will build a stadium with Dynamo, and will be sharing it.

Also there is a posibility that they will move to Dynamo's old Lobanovskyi stadium, while Dynamo builds a new one. But all this are roumors. Nothing is for certain.

Well, i'm not a specialist, however i believe that reconstruction will not take as long as construction of a new arena and also those 2010 deadlines are a joke! I mean Austian Hyppo Arena in Klagenfurt was finished in summer 2007, a year before Euro in Austria & Switzerland.

By the way, just recently during presidents visit to Donetsk, Akhmetov said that the stadium will be finished by August...

They didnt finish roof yet 2 months
They didnt install scoreboards yet -has to be done after roof complete
They didnt install pitch yet 2 months
They didnt install seats yet-2 months
They didnt start roof panneling yet-will take 2 months at least
they didnt complete even one quarter of external panels yet
they didnt do anything yet regarding interior fittings-3 months
They didnt even get one tenth of underground car park completed yet 5 months
They didnt start on 8 hectares of quite sophisticated landscaping yet which can only start after everything else is finished 4 months

What does it matter by August or by November? The Euro is in 2012 there's plenty of time to finish everything.

Maybe you should take charge of construction company then and also football club who only interest in a summer opening.
In 5 months it will be october not august.
