We've got some good news! Official approval from the municipality of Rotterdam! It seems that this will become the first real skyscraper in the Low Countries topping out above 200m!

I find it A little dissapointing though, the original design is from 2006/2007. They should have updated the design A bit..
However, it's nice that The Netherlands probably will get it's first real skyscraper in the next 5 years, it's been A long wait.. |

This will look pretty cool but the top doesn't fit with the bulk of the tower, IMO.

I'm conflicted on this one. On the one side im so happy we are getting a new 200m + tower XD But the design looks so....méh :/
