Homewise, MASS Design Group, Atkin Olshin Schade Architects, Littleglobe, Santa Fe Housing Action Coalition, and the Center for Contemporary Arts is pleased to host Loeb Fellow and author Julie Campoli for a lecture, on how to design for walkability, vibrancy and local economic development. Join us for 'Putting People First: How Urban Design and Density Build a Better Future' today from 5:30pm to 6:30 pm at the CCA screen at Midtown Campus.

Julie lectures nationally, and her talks are very detailed and insightful explorations of how we navigate places on foot and what makes a neighborhood pleasant to walk through. We think this is the perfect time for her to come to Santa Fe, given the Midtown District redevelopment. We believe Julie can elevate conversations for and against density through her nuanced way of talking about how we inhabit space. Learn more about Julie's work at:

An Affordable Housing Initiative Is Geared Towards Santa Fe’s Creative Community

“There’s a bigger piece of what we’re trying to do, which is thinking, on a macro level, about Santa Fe’s identity as an art town,” said Daniel Werwath, who is developing the Siler Yard project.
