The non-occupiable structural height of Merdeka 118 as a percetage of its total structural height is at 23.1%.
Compare that to Burj Khalifa’s 29.5%.

Maybe thats`s what they call the mechanical floors above the observation deck. I do not see how useful for the public they will be.

I don’t know, but to me skydeck sounds like a space accessible to visitors.. no?
At least in KL Tower, there is the observation deck where the binoculars are, and there’s the super popular outdoor skydeck.

Imagine it's now 80 floor, there is another 40 floor to go, not including the crazy super tall spire.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be visible all around KL area. Head's up, look at the sky and you'll see it!
