DARWIN - #PROPOSED: 3 Daly Street - 2 x 18st / 55m / accom

A planning notice has been lodged for a twin tower 18 level building at 3 Daly Street.

This is another exciting proposal for this part of the City.

No renders as yet.

Great spot, that little corner is becoming quite dense! Will certainly be an improvement over what's there now...

But we could get closer by trying to set some benchmarks in green walls, and photovoltaic walls.

It will be. It has been before the planning and has been accepted for the size and scope of the deevelopment. The only things that need to be rectified are the usual parking and overhanging awning issues.
