This has been given a new address as they have made a cul-de-sac off of Harvey Street. Being advertised as 103 Ryko Court.

OK, so this is now referred to as LA VISTA at 2 Harvey Street. The planning process has been complicated by a future arterial road extension from Tiger Brennan Drive through to Cavenagh Street, which turns Barneson Street into a 4 lane road/street. Therefore the building, because it abuts a road that doesn't yet exist has to comply to the planning rules as if the road does exist!!!!

Awnings, landscaping, access etc have to be considered in case the road eventuates!!

Ryko Court has been designed to accommodate 6 apartment buildings in a court environment.

Are there like any maps or detailed design drawings showing the positioning/layout of these new roads in relation to this building?
