I'm all for Sydney's restrictive planning laws IF it means we can avoid architectural f-ups like greenland, but all it seems to be doing is restricting actual top notch designs from going ahead

Sydney people know all about patience, and that good things do happen eventually. Meanwhile, Shumway has given us a fresh angle on Premier.

As 380 Lonsdale's glass is extended, the impact becomes even stronger; Melbourne has a winner here.

Amazing stuff in Melbourne. I swear, I remember visiting before the big boom and the big ticket item back then was Rialto, and now, you'd be hard pressed to recognise the place or even spot Rialto. For a tourist like me, it makes it interesting to see the changes.

Nice stuff Cul. In the Parra diagram is the LEP height limit linked to PANS-OPS or is it something else?

skyvan26 has captured Premier in some beautiful soft light, whilst fishcatdogbird has her as slim as The Girl From Ipanema.

Swanston Central's glass just glows some days.

JCooza has given us photos of Melbourne Square, 51 weeks apart. They added around 43 levels to the two towers.
