Looks awesome, albeit not tall but I love that they aren't significantly tall. Some great projects going on there, looks like a great city.

There is also talk of another 100m+ proposal in city, but it's still in the planning stage. Hopefully within the next year or so, we will see construction over the 100m limit to modernise the Adelaide skyline. There are too many 100m+ proposals and not enough action.

As you can see the bulk of construction is mostly Government funded projects eg Adelaide Oval and Rundle Mall, but it's these projects that will increase further development in the city.

Thanks for doing the hard work crawf. I was quite impressed to see some of the work going on just two months ago especially the public works with Rundle Mall, Victoria Square, the riverfront and the Adelaide Oval.

My favourite has to be the Bio Medical Precinct at this stage because that is impressive.

That Pire st development has got to be one of the best 'big' heritage/modern mix I have seen! Looks like it respects both the new and the old. Impressive

Thats a great one because they are building around it and at the same time incorporating it into the new tower.

Rather than the cheap lazy way of gutting it, and leaving only a facade

And I prefer retaining a building where possible inside of retaining only a facade.

Great thread. Quality over quantity. Adelaide is an example we should all learn from.

Great work. I'm particularly glad there's a proposal for the new law courts as that space has been empty for as long as I can remember.

Here's a flyover for the Victoria Square redevelopment.

The square actually looks and feels more like a park than a square plus it will be fully joined together. The sheltered walkways are a great idea. Even the buildings surrounding the square cannot offer that shelter when there is rain.
