CBD CORE > PROPOSED: 74-79 King William St - 132M / 39L / Mixed

Possible 3rd "new tallest" for Adelaide - after the U/C Adelaidean and Realm.

Quote:
demolition of existing building and construction of a multi-storey mixed use building incorporating residential apartments, hotel suites, commercial and ground level retail uses, 3 levels of basement car parking and associated site works
The register says 39 levels however there are mezzanine floors in the tower proper.

Architect Loucas Zahos Architects.

This one is directly over the road from Westpac House

No.

Lodged 18/5 and assessed by SCAP. # 020/A044/18

No docs uploaded to the SCAP page at this stage.

In the local rag the architect declined to release renders.

The register can be searched here:

http://www.saplanningportal.sa.gov.a...ublic_register

Usually easier just to search by address. Street "king william" in "adelaide city council" does the trick.

I like it. Modern, sleek and really wish it were taller for the area.
