You're assuming there aren't any voids or architectural features. 33 Bligh St is only 27storeys and 202m (at the moment).

^thats because it haS the tallest foyer in oz at 60m. theres nearly 15floor missing there.its not really a stand alone skyscraper its part of a wall. like seidlers Capita centre. ;-0

If this gets proposed and built, wouldn't the Gold Coast be the smallest city in the world with a tower greater than 100fl?

Is it currently the smallest city in the world with a tower over 300m?

Just did a bit of floor to floor height research. My prediction is that the towers will be 325m - 350m roof height.
