Melbourne appears to have quite a resilient market I think. In 2007 there was about 190,000 sqm absorbed and the vacancy rate continued to fall.

WOW!! First time visiting this thread and I'm just blown away at all these amazing proposals. I knew like only 5 of all the ones that were listed in the first post.
The Skyline would be transformed forever if they all get built (or at least the real standout ones)

Great effort melbourne12 but slight correction for you. Last image is Camberwell Junction not Bundoora. Cheers.

I know this may sound dumb to many of you as we all have been following construction projects in Melbourne.....but today as I drove up out of the Domain Tunnel travelling west on the elevated City Link/West Gate Fwy and Bolte Bridge was ????? awestruck by the amount of construction going on in this incredible city!............I wanted to put 12 exclamation marks.

I find this thread both inspiring and frustrating. As I look at this thread I wonder why I'm not there now working on some of these projects. As soon as I finish fixing up my house I'm moving - hopefully before the end of the year.

So Sama and CUB look to both be around if not over 300 metres.

Age, Powerstation and Prima should all be around 200 - 250 mark. If Prima gets built at all.

Then you have smaller 150 - 200 buildings like Cos/Foundry, Zen Apartments, Barton Tower and 4A at Village Docklands.

I can't wait to see Melbourne in 5-10 years. Futuristic Metropolis.
