That thread doesn't have the word BOOM in the title.

PROPOSED BOOM would probably be more accurate ;-)

ive moved that to state section.
thiese projects are uc or about to start not fantasy. putting a date like 2010, isnt right.
some will finish this year, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2-12 ect.
How about i fuc the word boom off!
that only happens in Dubai.

it will be a boom if it all keeps moving along and doesn't get bogged down. cul, your positive excitement may be very well validated ...

Very impressive rundown. Thanks. Seems all the Australian capitals are joining in the party now.

I liked the proposal at 1 Alfred Street, which I had not seen before, also the CUB site - in fact it seems there's a lot of great green design work in the pipeline.

The Sydney folks should have a reason to be happy at least with whats in the pipeline, even if they are not tall. Some of the smaller ones are great additions especially Macquarie Bank. It's a good list. Thankyou Cul for compiling it.

I wasn't exactly sure where to put these or if they have already been covered on other threads but I read about these on the weekend.

1. SMH Article: (July 12, 2008)

http://business.smh.com.au/airport-o...0711-3drr.html

Summary
Name: Central Terrace Building
Proposal: 9 storey, 9,000 square metre commercial office building
Location: Sydney International Airport Terminal (Next door to the new 8 storey car park which opens soon)
Built by Abigroup
Other Details: Construction to be completed by mid 2009.

There was a render of the proposal in the Commercial Property section of Saturdays SMH edition but I cant find a render on the net and I dont have a scanner.

2. SMH Article (July 12, 2008)

http://business.smh.com.au/redfern-t...0711-3drp.html

Summary
Name: 8 Central Avenue Eveliegh (Part of the Australian Technology Park)
Proposal: 11 storey, 38,000 square metres Media and Office complex
Location: Central Avenue Eveleigh (The article states its in Redfern but I think its within the suburb of Eveleigh)
Developed by: Rebel Property Group and Seven Network
Completion expected: Early 2010
Anchor Tennants have precommited to leasing the bottom 7 floors totalling 25,000 square metres. These Tennants are: Seven Network, Global Television and Pacific Magazines.

Details of a render and marketing info can be found under the following link
http://www.atp.com.au/uploads/docume...Newsletter.pdf

Is it just me or do all the parramatta ones look far better than the ones planned for the city?
