Thanks Jayt. I suspect Brisbane will just about dominate this area too.

Midcity Centre looks similiar to French Quarter Office, both are quite nice.

LMAO I didn't know buildings between 100-149m were mid-rises. That means Adelaide has NO highrises. It's so sad I snorted with laughter.

But that building does look ince. Here's hoping the building doesn't get scaled down.

And OMG I thought the French Quater tower in Brissie was suppose to be 300m+. Have they scaled it down THAT MUCH or is this another tower.

nononono... You're confused. There are 3 stages to the French Quarter. The small office tower is stage 1. Stages 2 and 3 involve the two enourmous towers up to 325m tall.

Stages 2 and 3 were never going to be built just yet. They're coming in the longer term.

The facade on that design for Adelaide looks really good. It's always nice blending the old with the new.

After a trip to Melbourne this week I was very impressed with how much the city is changing between visits !
Southbank and Docklands are going off, cranes everywhere.
Stayed in an apartment tower directly opposite the Vogue site in Sth Yarra and was gobsmacked at how massive the site is ! Apparently a department store, Safeway, commercial and lots of retail.
Also, if you want a great bit of italian go to Cosi on Toorak Rd, just up from the station - best seafood pasta ever.
