Markers seem to be off the mark, judging from the rendering. Shouldn't this be right across Alphaland, right where the giant billboard is?

Wow another project along chino roces ave? Why are there so many condo developments in this area I wonder..

This area is flooded so why make developments here? Could it be because of the booming entertainment city? Highly doubt it...

It must be the rezoning a few years back. That made it possible to build so many hi-rise residences along Chino Roces.

Usually MW projects are priced higher than DMCI and SMDC, which caters to a different market. Does this mean that DMCI Fortis and other SMDC projects in that area will be priced below P160K. If all 3 developers will offer the same price, which will be a better project?

Developers choose this location mainly because of the rezoning of the whole Chino Roces avenue.

MW: Looks great on the outside. Inside substandard workmanship and materials.

SMDC: Looks average on the outside. Inside substandard workmanship and materials.

DMCI: Looks average in the outside. Workmanship and materials are decent. Plus, lowest association dues.

many investors (not end users) also don't care about the flooding as long as they get an affordable Makati City address.

This area is a busy intersection. Aside from flooding, how is the noise and carbon pollution in the area?

probably one of the noisiest place in Makati - where PNR, MRT, Skyway, SLEX, Chino Roces, EDSA converge. A place like no other.

And where there are old jeepneys plying the route, there's high level of unburned/partly burned carbon (from diesel).

That is why Chinese investors are good. They are not well advised by their Chinese agents and will buy up such sub-optimal projects at high prices, stimulating BIR VAT revenues and property developers’ revenues .
