New Cross Hospital Emergency Centre | Wolverhampton | U/C

I'm not actually sure what developments are ongoing or recently built at New Cross, as it's not somewhere I tend to like going around a lot, but here are a few.

New A&E - £30m - U/C

I think this place needs more parking, my in-laws have to go here a lot & they are always moaning about the parking.
So that multi-storey got to be welcome my only gripe, why don't they make it have more levels?

Common problem at many hospitals, I know people will moan and say they should limit the use of cars and use public transport but not always easy and reliable enough

Women's hospital and QE should expand the car parks higher too, they might be expensive but they're the one place that fill up all the time, would cut down on people parking elsewhere too

They really need to. It's dangerous how people park on the surrounding roads instead, especially the bridge from Bentley Bridge.

Not like its lost money either they could build bigger, drop prices making public and staff happy and getting a bigger income

Win-win

Helipad is being relocated to the West car park. Not sure why, presumably for redevelopment, but it is going to take up a LOT of parking spaces and negate the impact of the new multistorey.
