Only? A year ago I might not have scoffed at that remark. But with the last 6 months in mind. I say anything around or over 200 is a godsend.

Firstly, apologies to anyone expecting to see renders today. You'll have to wait till tomorrow night.

Yep, the renders only show the scope of the two residential towers, and the existing building.

The 50-storey tower has a fin on top a bit like Bourke Place but just on one side. What's interesting is how they've integrated the design of the tower with Reidy's, they've employed some interesting brick work.

Australis Tower 160m+

Hemisphere Tower 130m+

It's hard to make an accurate estimate though, as there's no real context you can scale the towers off in the renders.

oh okay awesome. thanks.
anything above 130m on that site would be awesome just in terms filling that massive gap.
I guess theyd wanna try and get the towers out b4 across the road start with their 1000 apartments or what not.

Looking forward to it Archi. Sounds creative, (as were the early renders) and quite big.

Keep in mind another 50-storey+ tower will occupy a portion of the western half of the site.

Do I spy gold glass?

Looks like Eureka and Victoria Point might have a new friend on the skyline.

Fantastic, that is a great start.
I like the street level view, looks like it might be creating new laneways.
And the brickwork looks FAB......

To think in 10 years time how the old Age site will look............
