ANG LAYO NG PILIPINAS SA VIETNAM..... PAKIKOMPARA PO NG LRT EXTENSION NI ABNOYNOY SA MRT NG HANOI SA VIETNAM....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUx2_NZICvI

Note: Common 4 track alignment between Hanoi Line 1 and Line 2 are visible 2:22 indicates the commuters no need to go out of the station to shift trips between lines and vice versa.... Compare to common station in Trinoma... If m not mistaken it is being funded by JICA at below 1b dollar and quiet longer than Cavite Extension 6... Carefully observe the design of the stations.... ang layo ano.... hahahaha.....

Let's cross our fingers that the designs shown in the video are schematic and for announcement purposes only. Hopefully the designers can extract more of their creative juices and go for the acceptable style.

Cavite LRT project faces delay
Darwin G. Amojelar, April 19, 2016 at 11:56 pm

Construction of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 Cavite extension project
may not be completed by 2020, amid the delay in the delivery of right
-of-way and procurement of new trains, the consortium that bagged
the project said Tuesday.

“It’s likely to be delayed, not just the right-of-way but the question on
trains. Jica [Japan for International Cooperation Agency] has to decide
whether they will rebid or negotiate it or untie the loan so that it can
be sourced from elsewhere. We have no visibility,” said Metro Pacific
Investments Corp. president and chief executive Jose Ma. Lim.

I never really considered this project for real.

I wouldn't be surprised if it gets shelved again.

If it gets shelved, maybe that's not a bad thing. Redo the contract to remove the Trinoma common station and include LRT6 as part of the line, then its all good. If people complain, just blame the delay on PNoy and Mar Roxas, we should be used to it by now..

Pero I don't think yung current system ng beep card supports this.
