Solved. I've put a link to the last Official Development Thread in the opening post of the new thread.

I'm told that the planning app for the St Joseph's site at Eastside has been submitted. We just have to wait until BCC validate it.

As for Exchange Square 2, I'd hoped we have heard something by now. It's very disappointing.

One BHM and Park View to be submitted this week with hope for approval in July. Demolition began at the Moseley Gardens site yesterday.

Darwin Street in Highgate so a bit off the beaten track, from memory it’s the redevelopment of an old warehouse but interesting to see what the prices/sales are like as some of the neighbouring streets/areas are an absolute dump around there.

It'll be interesting to see what prices Galliard come up with for their site off Belgrave Middleway. It's outside the ring road and bordering Balsall Heath. At least Darwin Street is the edge of the city centre and may well be considered city centre in twenty years time. Hope to see a planning app sometime this year.

Also interested to see what prices they come up with for Soho Wharf. Hopefully they'll get planning approval during the summer.

I have just noticed on the interactive map there is additional information on the Prosperity Developments bordering Smithfield such as ‘Smithfield Junction’ amongst others, I am assuming someone has inside knowledge on these as there is nothing on either of their websites yet?

This You Tube video should shed some light on your post SMUK. nigeman had posted it in the Smithfield thread recently.

It would appear that 193 Camp Hill https://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=2148312 has a hedgefund company backing it: Chenavari Investment Managers. The founder & CEO is also the president of FC Lorient in France

Park View. The 91-apartment development is close to Highgate Park and about a mile to the south of the city centre.

Do we have a thread for this one? and I don't think it is on the interactive map either?

Thanks to Smuk, I'm fairly certain I know where on Darwin Street it's going and whats making way, but I'm not 100% sure on the exact site plan of it, so for this one, I'm waiting for the application to be sure. Here's the thread Myles made

I should speak out more often if stuff like this happens.

Hopefully the Eastside Locks news can kick start a boom for Brum this year, this is the type of development we should be getting in Birmingham.

Would be nice if we heard something about Exchange Square 2, wonder if Nikal involvement with the movie studio project could affect this?
