As far as I know, this building was restored not long time ago. Someone in the Ukrainian branch of SSC states that it is even better than the building of the National Bank of Ukraine. Any other pics of this building?

As for me, it's an ordinary building of old Kyiv.

The building of the National Bank of Ukraine is a masterpiece of the old architecture (in my humble opinion).
