Salty Snacks? I will be using that description at my next BBQ.
The way the stadium roof goes down to ground level it reminds me of the 1960's version of the Italian Job, I guess it was a stadium somewhere in Turin

This was from 6/10/2017 when Daktronics was packing the screens for Atlanta's Halo Board...

You just might be right about that!

I thought that Daktronics was building the video screens for the stadium? They were involved from the beginning according to past news articles for design input in regards to how the video board would work.

Prismview is a different company. So why would their stuff be in the lot?

Prismview is actually Samsung which is known as having the best displays. In fact Apple can't even compete & utilizes Samsung's slightly older display on their iPhone's, but with some tweaking!

I won't call it a fact, but I have heard informally that MTA is not going to spend money on the Inglewood people mover.

This means that Inglewood residents will pay for it through some local tax, or the developers will have to fund it. Of course, people could just use shuttle buses until the city and developers find additional parking spaces but this would imply a lot of traffic.

Doesn't seem to fit with the image SoFi would want either: the debt driven, eco-unfriendly stadium.

https://ftw.usatoday.com/2019/10/ram...ums-home-games

At some point the sports media will understand that the only winner is the NFL, especially fans of other teams in the area. Two teams means both conferences get access to the money. It doesn't matter if the home team is the Washington Generals, as long as tickets are sold. The only reason why they don't do neutral site games there is because they can't do it every weekend.

It's about the money for the league, while it's about optics to the media.

More or less true. The point of the NFL is to make money and you make money by having people come to the games and watch them on media. Doesn't matter who they root for or if it's visitors coming into town or the locals. Goodell has said repeatedly that LA will serve as a 2nd HQ for the NFL focused on entertainment, media, international visitors and tech. Remember how many times Kroenke or others have noted the proximity of the stadium to LAX and to hotels and places where tourists go? They get it.

This is not new. The Rose Bowl and USC and UCLA games attract many fans for the visitors. Same general idea for LV, where it is assumed that fans from California and from the cities of the visiting teams will constitute the majority.
