I don't think he should. Cluttering up the thread with fantasy projects which almost certainly never will be built is a bad idea.

My intention was to keep it from "Cluttering up the thread" - that is the Projects & Construction-thread - where it has already filled up most of a page. As I see it, the discussion will continue and then there is a basis for this thread or it will not and then the thread will soon end up on Page 2 of the front page and be forgotten. Both of these scenarios are in my opinion better than having it "Clutter up" the Projects & Construction thread. But of course it could also be moved to the General discussions thread - that is afterall what it was created for.

(of course, this article calls for a much smaller stadium of 8-10.000 visitors, but one could easily seeing this being combined with the vision for a new national stadium)
