one of the best investments in kenya right now is mabati, steel, roofing and flooring tiles manufacturing. you pull this one off, your set. every corner is construction. i my self been looking at this line of investment for some time now. i did a rough assesment on capital required to get small scale rolling machines and came up with roughly $70k. quite affordable considering the end results.

what pains me a lot is that s.a stores will flood this btfl mall
how i wish they fail again. let the likes of deacons, nakumatt,uchumi take the retail floors.

The project manager must be a foreigner or something... maybe a mkenya from diaspora

wow..nice they have also started on the residential building..thika road indeed work wonders..imagine how the place will look dope with the gardencity and two rivers completly done..it might look like beverly hill in LA
