Nothing new her, but an article about the development at Islands Brygge, focusing on the planned and U/C highrises in the area:

Copenhagen Port Company House - Nordhavn, 59 meters
Havnevigen/Islands Brygge Syd, 16 floors
Havnevigen/Islands Brygge Syd, 14 floors
Strandtårnet Nord, 21 floors
Lærenes Pension, Arkitema. 16 floors
Lærenes Pension, Arkitema 15 floors

The tallest of the cylindrical buildings on the Scala site will be 61 m.

Thank you for the overview

But as discussed in the dedicated thread the site is probably located 4 metres above seawater. So the tower is visually larger than it is in real life.

Hi, the tallest of the buildings has a top elevation of 66 m, located 5 m above sea-level, as I understand it.

Cool overview of the constructions. What is the height of Strandtårnet Nord?

Not sure if this is the right thread, but Saxo Properties/Årstiderne Arkitekter have made this proposal for HC Andersens Boulevard:

Currently nothing on the website about permits/timeline/funding

Agree with TMG, I don't find it very realistic.

And I don't really like it either. They kind of remind me of airport control towers. For a location like this, I would demand someting much better, when it comes to design.

Hej TMG,

Hi guys,
I just want to make sure that it is all right that I copy some of your photos of ongoing highrise projects and post them in this thread. If not let me know.
You're of course also more than welcome to post them yourself.
Thanks

If Christine Antorini (S) is to have a say on housing and construction policies in Denmark over the next years, Copenhagen (and other Danish cities) will look radically different come 2050.

Quote:

Bold ideas. I like it!
