Looks like the cladding could be the last phase, you can see from the photos below, the internal ceilings are going in already.





And mirroring 103 Colmore Row from a few years back, festive lighting on the crane!

I can only assume they want this fitted out to meet a deadline to get people in, the buildings water tight and cladding works can continue whilst offices are fitted out or even open in theory

I think once cladding goes up it’ll look better the glazing seems to be more reflective than renders suggested so should look good with the silver cladding

This is one of my favourite builds in Brum. When the silver cladding is applied, the whole building should turn crystalline. On a sunny day, I envisage the surrounding structures being mirrored and the building looking as though the sky is passing through it.

That last picture is fantastic. I've said it many times but this is a beautiful part of the city and once it's all finished, my word it is going to be stunning.
