For mine, this is certainly my favourite in that northern cluster. Has a certain elegance about it without being overstated.

Top of core is 63 levels up, which should be about 206m.

don't be too sure Skyrise 85; you may end up looking silly. Or I am the silly one?

Noting, Vision is a 73 story building; it is NOT 72 stories.
Noting, Light House is a 69 story building.

Top residential floor of Vision (70th level) is apparently 217m above street.
Top floor of Light House (69th level) is 218m above street.

226m - 9m plant = 217m top floor of Vision, for those wanting to know the math.

So the roof of Vision should be equal (or a bit shorter) than Light House.

When Light House tops out we will be able to prove or disprove that theorem from Flagstaff Gardens, New Quay Docklands and Carlton Gardens. All perfect vantage points perpendicular to Elizabeth Street and equi-distant between both towers.

Me personally, my theory is Vision was 226m when it was a 72 story building (never 223m). However it is now 73 levels hence I believe we add another 3m to get 229m with the top floor being 220m (a bit taller than Light House).

WE SHALL SEE.

But who am I but a fool.

It's a shame that there are so many rubbish buildings in that area. This, EQ and lighthouse really stand out from almost everything else to the north of La Trobe. Had a good look at them today as I went into the city for a bit. I love how the open window panes don't look weird because of the pattern on the tower.
