It is a huge, $3billion, mixed use project that includes 9 300 foot(+/-) tall towers in the first phase (there is a general aviation airport nearby that limits height). There will be 1300 residential units, over a million sf of office space, a medical school, 4.5 star and 5 star hotels with 1000 rooms and a large convention center, a park and tons of street level retail and restaurants. There is also a large, super popular waterfront outdoor food hall/restaurant/park area w/ second level office space.
And that is phase one.
Bill gates is the $$$ behind it.
Two more phases to follow.
