Thanx Brian
Going by the definition of sub- saharan Africa,it will dethrone Ponte City apartments in Johannesburg and stand tall at the brow of Upper hill.My estimates are in the leagues of 180-200 metres. In short, the tallest residential tower in the whole of Africa!Upper hill has it again and iam loving this titles...... |

Glad she questioned him on the latest property index. also refreshing whenever a project such as this gives a bit of a press tour. they seem very approachable.

88 Nairobi is definitely a game changer in the continent. Their target market is definitely not your local business man. That return on investment though...

He is talking about demolition. Do we have any buildings on site? Cool thing about Kenya is we love trends and copying. Open an Mpesa shop and everyone wants to do the same 5M away from your biz. I grew up in Kile when apts did not exist and looked like a crazy investment. Actually remember the first block that took a while to sell out, but after that couldn't keep up with the new developments. This my friends is the beginning of a new trend. Skyscraper lovers should expect an exciting future.

No, I'm not sentimental. Wondering if they could possess treasures like old furniture etc.
