I&M Bank Headquarters | Parklands | 9 fl | U/C

  • Four basements providing Parking spaces for the building and M/E areas (17,800 mē)
  • Ground floor with retail/commercial use (1,390 mē)
  • Nine office floors including the Bank use and a Library on the 9th floor (9,000 mē)
  • A roof top area for common use (530 mē)
  • Data center of Tier 2 to 3 and IT Department for the bank use (1,280 mē)
  • The total build up area is estimated to be: 30,000 mē.
Anyone who sees the project could probably update this thread since the project would be easier to find.

Reminds me of when I had a visitor from Spain visiting Nairobi and as I took him around Nairobi, he stopped while surprised and pointing to Nation Center asking me.. "What is that?" The poor fella thought it was a prison given its black and white painting..He was concerned why Nairobi has a prison smack in the city center! lol

I disagree about the renders looking ugly..this building will look good on completion.believe me.

Taken Sunday 3rd September, also saw a huge construction site farther up 1st Parklands Avenue with no board and another one on Kipande road

There is going to be a delay on this project due to structural issues. They tried to use a new technology for one of the slabs which has since proved that it can't take the weight.
