Or call it Greater or Greatest Manila region.

The Greater Manila, incl Calabarzon and parts of Bulacan/Pampanga has an area of 4,400 sq km/pop 21 m. Greater Toronto has 7,000+ sq km/6.5 m. Greater NY has 34,000 sq km/20+ m; Tokyo 13,500 sq km/38 m. (UN definition includes non urban areas.) So Clark is no big deal.

DU30 should stop being wishy washy about this and move on with the same force to the drug issue, Marawi cris etc. When he does I would like to move to Clark. He should give the marching orders now, like before the end of the year, the train, the airport, the rest will follow.

There were modifications done by JICA. My guess only. Ive seen it on their final draft of Manila Clark rail strategy. The Malolos existing curve radius will have to become 1000m. The Chinese contrsucted piers was designed for 300m radii so no way they can reuse this.

Heritage, tourist attraction. Previously there were some arrangements that this old station will not be demolished as they have been declared as Heritage Sites.

Kakayanin po ba sa November ang groundbreaking tapos December ang construction? or December ang groundbreaking tapos January 2018 ang construction? Because according sa DOTr eh Q4 of 2017 ang start ng construction?

Especially when the government centre moves there - the bureaucrats and pols will be the key driver for the entertainment industry.

Depende sa terrain at klase ng lupa na dadaanan niya kung anong design at dimensions ng piers. Don't expect that most piers of MNL-CRK Railway would be as high as MRT-2.

Here another sample of train could be use for Tutuban Malolos and for Los banos commuter train project from HITACHI it can run 120 - 160 kph. This train will also use for Thailand for their SRT red line project.
