Lol, at least Pavilion Hotel is not self-managed lah... There's a "Managed by Banyan Tree" in its name on the operator's website...

Also, that 77-floor tower is so slim and I'm hoping a big name operator of hotels + residences come into play - Conrad seems to be a good bet, as they have one such property in Bangkok... Reminds me of those thin towers now sprouting all over the midtown area of NYC!

yes,the day Harrods announced they had to leave the project was the saddest day to me, it was the project that could set KL to be the ultimate shopping destination in SEA

I know why the block is even taller because a few level have different height of ceiling plus 10 level podium. level 8,9,44 and top of the block have different height compare to other level. normally for residences block for 6O-70 level less than 300m But these 3 giant around 270m.280m.309m . should remark this as new supertall in listing Malaysia Tallest building cant wait its raising above banyan.

Cool, thanks bro.

Counting down to the day when mrt 2 is complete - so many more central places accessible via MRT and what a skyline we will have by that time

Fairmont is a real bugger, it's taking way too long.

Good new is they recently celebrated the completion of underground works, probably prepping to handover above-ground work to another company?
