442m + 30m is 472m...the Final height of CPT.
You are right. My mistake. I should have known that Chicago--the mother of all skyscrapers, still has the punch. Lets hail Chicago! (and lets remember that most of these giant megatalls around the world are also being designed in Chicago)

Yup. The picture is taken from Sea Bright, a couple of miles south of Sandy Hook, and around 25 miles from midtown Manhattan as the crow flies.

Most of the Jersey Shore was flooded during Sandy, and so was much of LI and the City.

It’s actually 103 floors but not confirmed or proof anything else would be nice

I did emails from them yesterday “Central Park Tower is 103 floors 1550 feet”
