And parking is free there. Plus There are those who really don't care much about glamour, they just want to buy what they need to get the heck out.

You guys saying its good don't understand. With much competition of malls in Nairobi, it has to be a magnet for even people to willing spend time in it. What I see here is pop in get groceries and head out. Sorry for other retailers who may not be able to attract traffic and drive sales.

Their food court is also the most boring one I have ever seen. I has passed through it I didn't feel like staying more than 10 mins. There are some malls which even when you don't have money you feel like window shopping or looking around. This one does not that have that effect.

I think if Uchumi is revived and get back on its feet, this mall will not be able to compete with Capital centre which in my opinion far much better than this joke of a mall though it was built eons ago.

Poorly executed. No wonder they barely have tenants

I don't know about this one. Given its location, I expected something modern. I'd be fine with it kama ingekuwa Eastleigh but Mombasa road zii.

I love food courts. It could be a good way to promote Kenyan cuisine.

With its anchor tenant on its knees, this mall is doomed.

The apartments resumed and there is some on-going development with two cranes.I was in this mall like a year ago and the occupancy rate was so low, like 50% back then.
