They should have specified it would be built in the community area.

Anyway, its in good company. I&M Bank Upperhill building and the new National library under construction are just next door to this project.

You Certainly do mein guter Freund.
Prism's goin to set the bars high for investors eyeing the community area runnin the 1st, 2nd, 3rd... Ngong Avenues. Man! Nairobi skylines's scattered wide. quite diferent from EU cities like Frankfurt & Philly in tha US where the highrise skyline is clustered. Good for Nai, Like what tha Japs are doin' with tha link roads in Kili and Kile.

I hear those roads are quite something.I need to go see them some time.Uhuru Highway needs a makeover asap. The funding from World Bank is given with too many conditions that is why construction has never started one and a half years after funding was given.Better the Japanese or Chinese. The flyover on Uhuru Highway will give a great view of the buildings once complete like the flyover at Globe Cinema

Kijanamwafrika, Them roads done open some corners tucked in the shadows all this time. But I dont get whats with the expansion to 3 lanes at junctions and narrowing to single lanes away from junctions, The 100 litre KENTANK skyplast filled with cement, realy? was that the original design, ama somebody somewhere is "cuting cost" & corners.?

Yeah I passed by there last week and the roads look really nice I must say.The lanes changing from 3 to one is confusing when you are driving and you have to keep looking at the arrow markings on the road.I guess we will eventually get used to it.The roads in Upper Hill though are a total mess especially Hospital Road around where Fortis Suites is being built and Kenyatta Hospital. It looks slightly better when you approach the KCB Plaza just because they did not dig up the road there but it is still in bad condition

Some are ahead of us with a velocity equivalent to a Commuter Bus speed!!
We are coming from the back with an escaping velocity.

Looks a little like Hearst Tower in New York.

They should do likewise for the old Standard Chartered Bank located Kenyatta Ave/ Wabera Street.
