In Kenya they know any mention of corruption is an easy way to frustrate projects but the saddest thing is the way people are so quick to jump on the bandwagon of the naysayers when they don't even understand what is going on.The development of the country suffers in the end and projects take forever to complete or never take off at all

Eh,i hope we don't reach such a position to do such an outrage!but with people like Muthama, more of these can happen!,yeah i hear many people complain developers take land without good compensation in kenya at least we try to protect our land.

We have to.I saw something almost similar from the Chinese when they were constructing part of Kipande Road that joins Forest Road to Globe Roundabout. They built the road around electricity poles that were on the reserve of the road because Kenya Power was taking forever to move them.It took Kenya Power three weeks to move them but they eventually did

Yeah it's ridiculous Brian.Even people who carry cargo using their trailers/trucks from Mombasa were complaining that the construction of the railway was going to take away business from them. It's preposterous.Competition and better way of doing things is inevitable

Thanks Zac for the clarification. It would have been insane fast if Prism Tower would have risen to such height in 5 months because in November last year they had just dug the foundation.Sometimes these buildings are quite close you can't tell one from the other. So how many floors is 4th Ngong Avenue Towers?
