they decided to demolish this house and build a house there

they chose Daiwa house as a builder because Daiwa house was a mediator of convenience store.
it could not do competitive quotes by other builder
it may become an expensive house comparing to other
anyway I listened my parent's request for their new house
and i planed it

1)there are no steps inside
2)fox shrine's disposition
3)Floor heating
4)big bath with mist sauna
5)Buddhist and Shinto altar disposition
6)Genkan(enterance)
7) high Ceiling 2.7m
8)Skylight
7)graceful though it is small
9) Chimado (tectonic window)

10)a display shelfin genkan

I worried whether it was all electrification or gas use.
Frontage is narrow. There is a house in both sides.
it is steel construction house. it is not so free plan unlike wooden structure
they need a parking lot in front of house? there are many parking lots behind their house.( they will decide after construction finished)

xevo e type.. steel construction

as for landscaping work and tiny garden, not yet

10th Apr. the Shinto ceremony of purifying a building site
16th Apr. starting to build
28th June. it will complete
after that Fox shrine and landscaping work

it takes just 2 months and half because it does not need carpenterslike logo house

Daiwa house's continuous footing

https://www.daiwahouse.co.jp/jutaku/...iso_img_02.jpg

it use this one because ground is not so strong ( 40 columns are used)

Daiawa house
I think it is easier than this
when houses' foundation is completed, assembly of house would be finished in one day.

first impression about Daiwa house as a major house maker.
when my brother built a house, it took almost a year by local builder until completion. They paid 10% design charge for an architect, but price of house was suppressed. and the architect managed everything and cost.
It is inflexible for the design of the house for a steel frame structurally
It does not submit specifications unlike other local carpenters properly
There are not the detail specifications of the plan like a book comparing to other.
expensive comparing to other because a part of price is unclear.
Supply of the client is only new air conditions.so i decided Other interior carpenter work would be ordered
There is only a few negotiations of times of the plan.
A salesman could ask for my parents to sign immediately for a quota.
(that was why I negotiated in stead of them on the occasion because they were too old to plan a house)
It lacks the charm with which a house is made.(Lack of the preparations time.)
When construction starts, the change is not possible because the material has been already ordered at a factory ..

it is nice to wait for my parents because of quick.
Relief including the guarantee for 20 years

Sorry I did not watch it.
I took pics at 9:30am and last one was at 4pm
anyway it is under the public road. Cost? it must pay expense only inside of site area(a piece of land that is privately owned)
I noticed there was a little spread of water around stopping water supply unit yesterday though i did not mention to them

I do not like they did not make them which isn't parallel to a road.
I did not consider about wall. it is so close
