It's all glass I'm one of the glass lovers/ hard to screw up with glass. Also love well done buildings like Times towers/KICC/ rahimtula before removing the clad and painting it(now its ugly).Im on the fence with UAP, totally dislike KCB(they should have kept the green glass).Avic will be Magnificent, and for Britam, we can only cross our fingers.!

I love glass as well. For concrete,it has to be done well with a nice artistic finish like KICC.Also like KCB and Rahimtulla before and even after the alterations.I don't like UAP.Little or no creativity went into that design.Reminds me 1900 Manhattan.Britam have to be very careful to pull a World Trade Center with that tower otherwise it'll come out awfully.I have no problem with Avic especially if they come out like KCB.I know chinese are smart and will intersperse the concrete with some glass.Trust me they'll come out nice.

So the number of floors, for tower only, are: 4+1+20+1 =26 Nos?? (22 floors excluding what is below ground floor) while assuming parking silo is the one am seeing beside the main tower.

Mechanical parking?? that shall be a new tech. in our local set up.

I think that design is a stroke of genuis, the guys working in Delta still have views outside their windows which would not be the case had it been a normal block shape. Im loving Westlands black torpedo.

Westlands will be awesome if Avic is built and roads well done! CBD is being left behind.
