130 weeks=2.5 yrs so it should be done by 2018.That height is good.It is in the range of KICC and NSSF Building

Zac,are the visible projects behind prism and 4th ngong avenue ? If so,then this could boost the cluster around this area.........

I don't know whether you got my question.I was asking if the two visible projects behind the project site are 4th gong avenue and prism.Am sorry to answer myself by suggesting the greenish painted block looks like 4th gong while the other one resembles prism.

i miss understood the Q, prism and upperhill chamber share 3rd ngong avenue they will be neighbours, we hope they release the renders very soon inorder to give us an idea of how the area might look like.

Unfortunately AIA website has no rendering + this project in their portfolio.The website has other projects with an exception of this.Upper hill chambers may be having another architect imo.
