I'll ask on here as I don't want to bump the official thread then get a ticking off for doing so...then I'll get me coat...so here goes...any news - good, bad or indifferent regards 103 Colmore?

Their Twitter account is pointless and the official website is woefully out of date.

I appreciate that they may still be waiting for a contractor, but they did make quite a fuss earlier this year particularly regards the rooftop restaurant.

As I don't live in Brum anymore, unless I'm up for a meeting or to visit mates etc, I don't get much chance to check these sites out in the flesh.

Right coats on & im legging it....!

I think that the "new" user Felsham1 is actually Guilbert. If so welcome back! (you can tell by his photos on Flickr plus his photos further down his photostream). And his file naming on there.

Whatever Happened to: having a joke on this forum, everything always seems so serious.. Use to love Harborne Ultimatum with his cheesy jokes and answers to everything with a funny GIF etc

Come on everyone lets stop being so serious and throw a little joke around now and again. Forum was more booming when we had none of these large developments happening, maybe I need to stop spending so much time here and actually get out the house

Everyone seems to have got all touchy and emotional with the brexit vote and arguments taking over most threads and then people got fed up with it and seem to have become not interested in my opinion, there's a thread in the lunar society with 56 pages of people basically arguing with each other over whose right and wrong, not counting how many threads were also full of it too...

That's more than A lot of the development threads on a forum about development...

Don't you leave though Reiss

All humour on the Brum forum has been banned until the following occurances..

Inside Jokes: Until Masshouse man finishes off Hive (Block M) properly
Farce: Completion of Arena Central
Erection Jokes: Until an actual S######### worth talking about is built -size matters
Puns: until the 20th anniversary of Mike Whitby's postponement of further Metro extensions in favour of a feasibility study into the 'Brum-derground' OR when Metro finally reaches Fiveways - whichever is the sooner

What's happening (or rather, not happening) with Edgbaston House?? Seems like it's been sitting there for months with all the windows out and no further movement

What happened to battered orange chips? Where can I get them North of the City? I'm REALLY hungry and haven't had them for 27 years.

My favourites are in Bilston, but there's loads in Halesowen that sell proper chips.

I think it's still on the cards, but I have a feeling the new square will need to be completed first, that's Phase 2, Phase 1 is the permanent closure of Ladywell walk, which was actually meant to start in the summer, no sign of work as of now though.
