Kenyan, any details of the location? I know the next project in line was in kilimani. I can only hope they go for the 3 tower tarn model with atleast 40 floors and be located somewhere near montave or avic.

They all look about the same height(tarn one with 3 towers). I'm assuming all those are proposals/models for same project.Nice find.Keep us posted.

If you zoom in close it looks like its written Elgeyo Marakwet Road on the first model on the left, which goes inline with what Yungin's sayin about their next project being in Kilimani.

Personally hope something of this scale (& promising design) is closer to the commercial growth on Ngong rd rather than deeper into Kili's residential parts. This project at Adams' roundabout would be sweet.

Brian posted a link acouple months ago. Cytonn had a naming competition for their next project in Kilimani. They had just bought 4 acres in kilimani and some land in Westlands according to brian. Thats just about how much you woukd need for this project. Its just my speculation.

Eh, yungin... you're just full of clues...

If it's on 4acres, it looks like it's on the Habesha & surrounding lots. I had heard Habesha sold about a year back, but wasn't sure to who.

Cytonn has a great track record of improving public infrastructure around their developments, but what your showing here seems to be more than impressive. It looks like they're proposing to significantly improve intersection into a roundabout and also the roads in & around Cavina.
