I contacted the company a short while back and they assured me that they have every intention to proceed with the development once the issues are resolved. It should be in the tribunal or court if i'm not wrong.

How i hope it gets built. From my office window i'd have a perfect view of the action.

Cytonn seem to be biting more than its can chew. Already few projects are facing financial headwinds like Taraji in Ndenderu.

They changed their working method and now doing one project at a time.Currently they are doing Alma Ruaka,phase one was handed over to the owners last month i think

I'm a bit conflicted on this one. On one hand those buildings looks great. On the other do we want high rises in Kilimani?

We already have FCB, Kings Residencies, name them, and they are looking great. Kilimani is a commercial address now... So yeah, we need many more
