We're at 721 projects on the map, and counting. If anyone wants to help input Solihull, Shirley et all, then that would be a great help.

You haven't added the retirement village in Shirley to be built on the Powergen site (Solihull Village). Is also a retirement place off Hampton Lane in Solihull.

Is anyone else having difficulty loading the map at all? After clicking the link it opens up a new page and then it’s just blank and has been the case for a couple of weeks now.

Could the new Bicester style village in Cannock be added to the map? I know its not in Birmingham but it will be used by people here.

It was on there a while back to be honest, along with a plethora of Wolverhampton developments of past, present and future, including i54 etc. It was the natural move after Reiss put the West Brom ones on, but the guy/ girl who said they'd help never responded to my message & it's difficult to upkeep the whole thing at the best of times, so I made the decision to remove the lot and concentrate solely on Birmingham instead and include some of the more.. prominent ones out in the subburbs.

S'pose I can add this one though man, unless someone from Wolverhampton wants to take on the mantle and help out

1206 projects now, but it's still a work in progress a year on. VDB does a great Manchester one, as well as Iamthestig for Nottingham, which got me motivated to create a better one because I felt we lacked some sort of resource. Now we're seeing Leeds create one on the back of ours and Coventry also. I also think Huddersfield has one now

It's an ongoing process, I'm still editing here and there. I have great help from Reiss, and Brumx promoted it religiously. I'm surprised it's popular, although maybe more so from users outside the Bham forum.

I had some investor message me the other day as he came across it. He gave me his LinkedIn profile and his credentials and wanted to know some specific information about the JQ... so it doesn't hurt to keep on top of things

Never had any issues myself. You shouldn't have to do this in an ideal world but have you tried clearing your cache & cookies on your browser & refreshed? That's the only solution I can think of

My company are doing a lot of research on Brum recently and I - being the entire research department () - have been using the map religiously over the past few weeks. Been meaning to say what an amazing resource it is. It would've been much more difficult to compile the information I needed without it.

Hi PB, looks like it was completed by 23 September (first home match with bar open):

Partnership struck with UCB sports students:

Alcohol license finally approved on 26 September after being initially turned down!

Anyone seriously want to help out on the map? Or a change in career? lol

Perks include a coffee date with Jonathan Bostock - the guy who formed the company freetimepays and has a turnover of £10m. He's also the guy behind 'Birmingham We Are' and he wants to collaborate with the map, but I'm unable to get into the city centre for an informal meet up as I'm London-ish based for the next few weeks.

Then there's an informal get together with a PR dude who is part of the Story Comms PR team who are working with Berkeley Groups 'Snow Hill Wharf' project. He seems a nice guy, but again, I can't get into Brum.

Genuinely want something to progress with these guys. Help a dude out. 13 months of hard work has gone into the map...(guilt trip)

Sweet. Just pop your email privately and me or Reiss will add you. If you want to be our glamourous show pony and go to events then that'll be lovely jubbly, and in time, we could all go.

We're okay with peeps who want to help out in some form or other, other than on the map itself, like promoting it etc so if BrumX wants to make a bigger return than Jesus Christ, then fantastic.

We're at a stage now where we've put in the hard yards and we can kinda relax somewhat and share the Brummie love & start bigging it up, so the more the merrier!
