One of us inadvertently removed it by accident. Popped it back on in double quick time and backed up so we don't lose any more. Cheers for the heads up Lucas

This map has caught the attention of those in the industry (developers, architects, planners, surveyors, researchers et all) and for that reason we have decided to collaborate with the social media platform 'Birmingham We Are'.

Me and Mosleyan have been attending regular meetings with them since Christmas & we continue to explore the opportunities open to us and brainstorming the best way to move forward as one.

We have exciting plans in the pipeline. We are getting noticed and some are awaiting our next move. Really can't wait to share the next stage of our development in the coming months.

Hi PB great work on the map, just a heads up on a couple of things, I think Reiss mentioned that the apartment block at St.Lukes has a piling rig now, I don't know if this means the corner plot or not so that could that be U/C now?

The new energy facility in Tyseley from the green infrastructure thread could go on? It's located very close to the station there.

And I noticed that the roundhouse is U/C now which is good, I noticed that the blue layer is still on the map but just dissociated from the building itself.

Again great job on everything PB, I know its a lot to keep track off so if I spot anything with the map I like to let you know, if its helpful I'll keep chipping in! Or if its a tad annoying I'll stop!

He did mention it in our lil Whatsapp group chat with Mosleyan the other day but he said the rig was located on the corner near the Sherlock Street roundabout, which is predominately low rise. Has it moved towards the Phase 2 tower plot now? If so, I'll get it changed and have a long overdue mooch around there later on too as we're meeting up later on.

I appreciate the heads up. We're working on our own plans with the map which we're keeping quiet on at the mo. We've got a Housing department person on board who works in planning, so they give us a heads up on their developments, but for the forseeable future on other projects, like St Lukes etc, it's just word of mouth at the mo', so it's all appreciated

LOL Roundhouse! Left that there to see if the other guys noticed it. Apparently not Just you

Cheers Cork. I'd have packed it in a long time ago if it wasn't for the huge help I've recieved from Reiss, and since December, Tom aka Mosleyan. Couldn't ask for a better team

Thanks Corkco. We're in a bit of a beta stage at the moment to tell you the truth. With the help of the collaborators we're working with, we're moving to a new website in the next six or so months, so the coders are busy trying to integrate us into that at the mo.

We've also had feedback from people within the Council who prefer a blank map instead of a satellite view for reasons I won't bore you or anyone with lol, not to mention we've included name tags onto it and hidden the completed layer, so not to clutter it further.

While the map isn't as pretty as it was, it's certainly effective and it's garnering a lot of attention from all of Birmingham's big developers, architects, surveyors etc etc, plus those from outside currently building in the city.

Just keep plodding on

Hopefully people from the council will look at it and wonder why they keep approving developments like 2018/04103/PA, 2017/05884/PA and 2017/07055/PA which provide more CAR PARKING SPACES than homes and are all less than 400m from a rail station or bus stop... Low density next to public transport provision is pathetic, must be bleeding Cllr Moore.

Rant aside, excellent map and all due credit and gratitude to those who maintain it

Need all the support I/we can get as there are accounts out there profiting from our own information, which is frustrating at the best of times.
