Another tower crane has appeared at the top of Digbeth High St near Selfridges.

And another tall one at QE Hospital.

Woody - we need a recount...

I'll check if the crane is still up at Gracechurch shopping centre. I think it is.

The crane at the Gracechurch Shopping Centre has come down. Most of the work is on ground level. The change is major. A glass roof has been put over the courtyard and a big wall has appeared over the courtyard too. Also the murals on the car park on the back of the shopping centre have vanished and it seems may have been breeze-blocked over.

I used to have a tower crane in my bedroom.

I made it myself out of LEGO and bits of string. It could swing round, had a working winch, an the winch used to be able to travel along the crane arm and EVERYTHING!

Was only a foot tall though.

There is also one in Little sutton. This is for housing devlopments, the ones that are bright red, not far from the west of Sutton park. Not sure if this qualifies for Birmingham though?

I know what ones you mean. I have seen them too. I did not mention because I thought it was outside of the Birmingham boundary... not sure.

All cranes on the skyline today out of action. All stopped and pointing the same direction away from the wind. Must have been too windy.
